Ans ) After posting the Resume, it will go to the Resume database of talentzing.com Job Portal where the Talent Zing team will review the resume and consider it for suitable jobs. The resumes will be given to the registered Employers who have been verified and approved. These Employers will contact the suitable candidates.
Ans ) If a Job Seeker wishes to hide his resume, click on the Visibility Settings in home page once you login as a job seeker and select the 'Non-Visible' field and click on the submit button. After doing this, the Employers will not have access to the particular resume till the jobseeker goes back and changes the status as Visible.
Ans ) Yes, a Job Seeker can get intimations when a new job matching his preferences is posted in the site. For this, click on the privacy settings in the My profile job seeker in Home page once you login .Select the "email" along with the frequency and time of the notification or alerts or "SMS" checkbox in the page and click Save button.
Ans ) After finding an appropriate Job, you can apply for it by clicking on the Apply button in the Job Description page. The applied jobs are listed in Applied Jobs section in home page of Job Seeker.

Ans ) A Job posting is valid for 30 days. After 30 days you need to refresh the Job posting to ensure its relevance.

    You can select any one of the 3 categories:
  • Visible as Active - Your profile will be visible in the TalentZing database to recruiters. Recruiters will contact you for suitable job opportunities
  • Visible as InActive - Your profile will be visible in the TalentZing database, but recruiters and employers will be informed that you are not actively looking for jobs. Recruiters may still contact you for job opportunities
  • Not Visible - Your profile will not be visible to recruiters. You will not get unadvertised jobs(which comprise up to 40% of all job opportunities on talentzing.com from recruiters
Ans ) Many large job portals do not give resume access to other regions and employers have to spend large amounts to have multiple regions access. Our portal gives your resume a global access, which will maximize your chances of finding good jobs.
Ans ) Click on the link 'Forgot Password?' present on the home page and enter your E-mail ID used while registration. Password will be sent to this E-mail ID only.
Ans ) You can upload your existing database i.e., profiles maintained since long which may or may not be active into TalentZing.com and we will verify the profiles and provide you an access for the updates profiles of these guys.
